We're looking for enthusiastic volunteers!

Volunteers positions will be allocated on a first-come first-serve basis.

Volunteer role can include the following:

• To be the ‘eyes and ears’ of the Festival, reporting any oddities on the site that could result in persons harming themselves or others, and report any Health and Safety hazards or issues

• Mobile/ roaming Information Stewards, assisting festival goers with queries

• Artist Liaison assistant

• Entrance Gates – festival goer information point at gate/ security assistance

• To be helpful in emergency situations onsite – directing public to safe area etc

In order to apply you will need to:

• Read and agree to the Volunteer Terms & Conditions:

• Pay a refundable BOND to the value of Festival ticket. BOND should be in form of cheque made out to POD or a postal order. This will be refunded in after the festival if shifts are completed.

• Be 18 years or over before the end of May 2012. Photo ID will be required on arrival.

• Be available to arrive at the Festival site by 12.00pm on Saturday 2nd June 2012.

• Make their own way to and from festival site. Train & bus information will be provided and Crew carparking will be made available.

• Be available to work 2 x 6hr shifts (12pm – 6pm/ 5.30pm – 11.30pm) over Sat 2nd, Sun 3rd & Mon 4th June. Volunteers will be allocated one early and one late shift over the 2 days. Preference will be given to volunteers who are available for the 3 days.

• Sign in and out of shifts.

• Be prepared to wear your designated hi-vis vest and be easily recognisable as a Festival Volunteer – all Health & Safety instructions should be adhered to, for your own protection & safety.

• Supply photo ID on arrival.

• Bring clothing appropriate for the weather – to use protective clothing in adverse weather conditions and sun cream as protection from the sun.

When you are off-shift you are free to enjoy the Festival.
