RHK Site Safety Document Upload

Welcome to the Documents Upload Form!

In this form you will be asked to upload all information and documentation relative to your safe operation at the upcoming RHK POD Concerts 2026

Show dates are;

We require all necessary documentation to be submitted no later than 26th March 2026.

Documents requested include:

Company Safety Statement
Site Specific Risk Assessments & Method Statements
POD Dynamic Risk Assessment (Task Briefing)
Fire Certs
Structural Drawings/Calculations
Wind Loading/Wind Plan
Plant Operator Tickets
Manual handling Certificate
PPE Requirements - 5 Points of PPE to be followed.
Hard Hat/ Bump Caps were deemed necessary by means of RA.
Safety glasses or Over-glasses (for operatives wearing prescription ones)where deemed necessary by means of RA.
High vis vest branded with the Company name.
Safety gloves – minimum level 3 cut protection. where deemed necessary by means of RA.
Safety boots –with ankle protection, S3 as standard.
Additional PPE to be issued if needed. Such as ear defenders

Failure to upload the required documents will impede your access to the site

Once this process is complete you will be detailed instructions on how to receive your passes to access site.
